how to setup bold colors in office 2003

I am trying to setup all of the colors offered in MS Office 2003 as bold,
without success. Any help would be appreciated.

Bold is not a parameter that applies to colours. You simply choose the
colours you want from the palette and apply them.

and the Bold attribute.

Indeed - but the colour would be the same as that of the unboldened text.
