how to setup form submission controls in publisher wedsite?

Help with form controls on publisher web

I have read intructions for a website visitor return form on a website that i
built in Publisher 03. The form shows on the website but I can not get the
submit button to return the form to my email address. Please help.

Check your form in Pub. Double click the "submit" button. Click on "form
properties." You will see three choices. Choose "send data to me in email."
Then enter the email address you wish the form to go to. If you have
already done this and the form still won't return, everything David B. says
in his forms 101 article David F. referenced is vital for you to know. Just
been there, done all that, and my forms work.
