how to setup multiple choice test questions with scoring results

I am trying to create my own test application where a question is given and
the user will have multipke choice answer buttons to click on. Just a std
test and answer database that will show how many right/wrong at the end and
what the answers are. I'm taking my NET+ and have hundreds of questions and
answers in paper/electronic form and would like to consolidate them all into
1 large test without seeing answers till the end. Which app is best for this
and easiest to setup?
