how to setup my outlook data bass?

Can you be a bit more vague? Please write a DETAILED post in this big white
space of what you are trying to do, what you have tried, what happens when
you try and any error message in full.
Please also include your version of Outlook and operating system.
Remember, no-one here is clairvoyant (although some MVPs border on it at
times) and no-one can see your computer.

Outlook data base? Outlook creates it for you when you create the account.
If you are getting an error message that says outlook can't open it we need
to know the version of Outlook and what type of account you created.
