How to setup Outlook to access from 2 different offices?

I work from 2 different offices in different states. Is there a way to set up
Outlook in both offices so they synchronize incoming/outgoing emails, tasks,
and calendars?

I assume your e-mails are stored in an Exchange mail server? If so, your
Outlook should already be pointing to a mailbox in the mail server. Once you
logged onto your mailbox, you should already see any updated mails.
