How to share AUTOCORRECT between WORD 2007 and OUTLOOK 2007

I have autocorrect working properly in Word 2007. I tried to get the feature
to work in outlook as well, by coping the normal.dotm to the normalemail.dotm
file. This did not work for somke reason.

any idea. I don't mean autotext, but autocorrect.
