HOw to share Outlook with other clients.

Our senior want to see all the correspondence from one of the clients outlook 2000. I have performed this but the concern is that ,only single user can use the same outlook2K folder at a time. How to share the outlook folder to other clients when the outlook opened in the original clients place.

Please help me.
