How to short contact by Alphabetical view?

Dear all,

I have created contact under the public folder and it
shared with everyone. under contact i also create sub
folder call business, friend etc. my question is how i can
short those contact address in an alphabetical view?
for instance :
if i click on the business folder on the right pane it
just shows contact with "A" then if i want to see user
with initial name B, I just click on B so on. Right now i
have all the contact names showing in the right pane. Is
any one can help me with the above issue? Appreciated.
