I use the 2007 version of the client. Groove doesn't provide give
you an option to change your "busy" or "idle" time from within the
Groove client (if I'm understanding your question correctly). It
uses information from other sources (thru SSTP, DPP, IM protocols,
etc.) to indicate your status. If you want Groove to reflect your
status as "busy", you'll need to change your status in your Yahoo
messenger client.

If you're asking for an enhancement to the client itself.... it's
anybody's guess as to how quickly (or even if) they will make
enchancements. Since they've been "assimilated" into big MS, things
slow down quite a bit.

Hi Laurel,

Groove doesn't currently support the full set of presence states that you
are familiar with in products like Yahoo or MSN Messenger. You should know
that we consider this an important capability and are absolutely looking at
it for a future release of Groove.
