Hi,

How to show the movie controller in slide show mode in PowerPoint 2004
version 11.5.5 (Office 2004 version 11.5.6) on Mac OS X 10.6.2 (Snow
Leopard)?

Thanks.

Hi,

The controller is visible only in Normal view. It does not show while
the slide show is running.

Use Help > Send Feedback to Microsoft if you would like to see this
feature added in a future release.

Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. A shame. I have sent feedback to Microsoft. I
need it because I want to show the first part, middle and last part of
a movie to an audience, not the full movie. And I want to do it in
slide show mode.

Right now you would manually edit the movie using QuickTime, iMovie or
other movie editing software.

The capability you are asking for is a new feature of Office 2010 for
Windows. Perhaps it will be a new feature in the next version of Mac
office, as well. We have to wait till holiday season rolls around again
to find out, though.

That is great news. Thanks!
