How to show formula toolbar

How do I get the formula toolbar to be displayed if it isn't currently
shown in Execl X?

Hi

From Excel's View menu choose Formula Bar. It's a toggle that turns it on
and off.

In the Excel menu, select Preferences, view Tab, and click formula bar
under the View heading.
