How to show icon of attachment on print copy of sent E-mail

When I print a sent message, I would like it to show an icon indicating that
there was an attachment. This does show up on the E-mail but not on the
printed version.

Upgrade to Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 1

For Outlook 2003 without SP1 and previous
-Convert the message to Plain Text before printing
-use a printing addin
