How to show past & future appts in Outlook on PC and in Palm Dateb

My Palm Datebook shows only future appointments. I sync my Palm with Outlook
on my PC, which shows all past and future appointments. I want to see all
past and future appts on my Palm just as I can seeon the PC in Outlook. How
do I get it to do this? I think it must be archiving the appts to free up
space in the Palm's memory. But it's a problem when I can't go back a month
or two on my Palm to see when I last had an appointment with someone.

Ask Palm since everything works in Outlook, but not in Palm.
