How to show path at top of document?

How do I display the path in black bar at top of document, along with
filename? Showing filename only is not adequate, because I have many folders,
and it is difficult to remember exactly where each document is. (This is
particularly true when the doc relates to a client, because client docs are
distributed among many folders, given the variety of services I offer. Also,
I often have docs for a given client within several different folders,
depending on type of service being provided.)

Add the path switch \p to the filename field

{ FILENAME \p }

Add the line
ActiveWindow.Caption = ActiveDocument.FullName
to an autoopen macro in the normal template
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm
to display the path in the Word title bar.
