How to show zoom menu when a report opens?

I have a report that opens when a button on a form is pressed. When the
report opens it is small and not easy to see. I don't want to automatically
maximize it but instead I would like to display a mini-menu that just has the
zoom capabilities available. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The toolbar has the buttons you need to zoom the report.

In Access 2003, open the report in design view, and turn off its AutoResize
property if you want it to open at 100%.

In Access 2007, there is a zoom slider in the bottom right of the report.
