How to simply insert a scanned image?

Hi,

Actually, If I want to insert a scan image protected with a passworld and
linked in a dependant frame of a form I have in a database of Access 2003, I
have to scan the image to my desktop, compress-it with the "Compressed
folder" command of Windows, protect the file with a passworld with the "Add
a password" command, go in the dependant frame in my form, do the "Insert an
object" command, clik on the "from the file" and "link" options, choose the
file and do ok. Is there any more simple way to do that?
