There are two ways to include Sp3 into an installation source of office 2003.
1. Chain the Sp3 install in the settings.ini file. The link below is the
Office 2003 Sp2 whitepaper, but inside it will tell you how to chain the SP
in the settings.ini file. The steps are the same for Sp3. This is the
preferred method if you want to use the LIS. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...B6-825C-4237-8897-C1881798DCA2&displaylang=en
2. Create an Admin Installation Point, and slipstream the SP into it. It
should be noted that if you use this method, then the LIS will not be created
and if 2003 ever needs source it will need to be directed to the AIP you
created. This is an option people use most often when installing from a
network location, and the network location will never change.
Thanks Eric A
I'll try and inform in this newsgroup about the result. if I'll find any new
and good way then I'll inform you.
