How to SMS my Cell Phone when a new mail arrives into my Inbox?

I would like to get an SMS message from outlook when I recive a new message
into my outlook inbox. I tried to use rules and it didn't work. Maybe a macro
can be written. If you know of a way please help. Thanks.
