How to solve problem with Khmer Font (Limon) on Office 2003 SP1

Dear Sir, Madam

I have installed 2003 and upgraded to SP-1 and I have installed Khmer Font
(Limon) it works perfect in MS-Word but in MS-Excel any letter that need to
be typed with a key combination of Ctrl+Alt+shift+.... or Ctrl+Alt+... (which
is how some Khmer letters need to be typed), the letter does not appear on
the cell. Could you please detail advice me how to solve this problem.
This problem does not happened in previous version.
