how to sort and lineup 2 columns of data

I have data from chromatograms which result in Tr and PH
for each peak(total # of peaks=150).i Have 50 samples
each sample has some or all of the entries but not all so
the rows do not match as you go down the spreadsheet. I
want to lineup the columns so that all the same Tr
entries are in the same row for all of the
samples...Please HELP otherwise I have to manually line
up 7500 peaks on a monster spreadsheet!

I am having trouble visualizing what you are doing. I am
sure that I could do this for you if I could see the
data. If the data is not sensitive you could send it to
me as an attachment and I would be happy to line things up
for you. I will check my e-mail at (e-mail address removed) at
8:00 EST. I am guessing this is something I could in a
couple of minutes if I had the actual data. Obviously I
need a life!
