how to specify column width in column graph?

I'm creating a column graph which columns I need to represent a certain
value. In other words, the column should be representative of its inputs,
both in terms of width and height. For example, one column's width should be
representative of 150,000 and its height should be representative of 6.42. If
anyone has done this, please advise.
