How to start Netmeeting via code?

Does anyone know the syntax to open netmeeting and initiate a call to a
specific user? I would like the users of my database to be able to
find another user in the database and inititate a netmeeting call to
them without having to search through the enterprise-wide directory in
netmeeting.
