How to start OneNote with normal view (not full screen)

Is there any way to start OneNote with WIN+N and not have it in full
screen mode?

If not, is there a way to change the F11 shortcut key to something
else? If I could start with WIN+N and then switch out of full screen
with a similar control sequence it would be a lot easier for me than
using F11.

If you go to the top right hand corner, you can toggle the full screen to a "side note." Press the middle double square. This creates the small side note. If you then want it to fill up your full screen, press the middle square in the same area again. When it is in side note, it is just one square and when it is in full screen mode it is a double square.

If you close it as a side note, then later when you open it by pressing windows and then N, it will open as a small side note.

When OneNote is opened with Win+N it is in "full page" mode (not full
screen). Pressing F11 switches it out of full page to normal view.
When it is in full page view most of the toolbars, buttons, folders,
notes, etc are not visible. Is there a way to have it start in normal
view instead of full page when you start it with Win+N? If not, is
there another way to switch out of full page rather than press F11?

I think that the problem can be solved two-ways:

- configure the one-note tray icon that by doubleclicking one-note itself is opened and not a new entry within onenote.
- use [Windows key] + N (upcase) for opening Onenote instead of [Windows key] + n (locase)
