how to start with 0 in a cell in excel

whenever I try to enter 0 with some nos 0 is not coming in starting of
number.I want to put a value in a cell with 0 starting number

By definition, a number can't begin with a 0. You need to change the
cell format for TEXT to be able to do it or add a ' (single quote) as
first caractere.
