how to start with a fresh Outlook install?

I have been using the Microsoft Exchange client to read my
email. I now want to use outlook to read my email from
Exchange. When I first install Outlook I just wanted to
see what it was like so I didn't set it up to be my email
client. Now I want to setup Outlook all over again and
make it my email client. I tried remove it from my Office
components and then rebooted and added it back in.
However Outlook never gives me a chance to set it up and
move over my settings from exchange. It just starts right
up with my old settings.

How do I clear out my old setting so that I can start with
a fresh install of Outlook? Or is there another way I can
get all my Exchange configuration information and folders
over to Outlook.
