How to stop a general format cell

Hi there

Does any one knows how to stop formatting cells automatically? I
didn't tell Excel to format cells into any category types or formulae
but it changes the numbers of the OTHER cells automatically whenever I
type in a number.

Please find an attachment. In the cell B29, C29, D29, E29, and F29,
they don't have any formulae and their cell format is set to "General".
When I type a number into these cells, for example, the cell B29, all
numbers in the cell, B24-26 will get changed!

I have unticked an option, Tools > Options > Edit tab > 'Extend data
range formats and formulas', checked ‘Data’ > ‘Validation’ to see if
there are any hidden rules, and viewed code from the sheet tab (there
was nothing!) but none of them help.

It would be a great help if anyone advise me anything!

Cheers,
Gaufres
