How to stop acrobat tool bar in Visio 2K3

Everytime I uncheck the acrobat tool bar it reappears next time Visio is
started. I have tried unchecking all tool bars and only the acrobat tool bar
restarts itself.
Visio 2K3 sp1 and Office 2K3 sp1
