How to stop an individual office update

Hi, I have updates switched on and one particular update keeps occuring and
always fails that it cannot complete, all other appear to install OK. The
update in question is :Installing Office 2003 Service Pack 2 (update 1 of
1)... Is there a way I can prevent this one from continually trying to
install. Thanks. Vic.

Manually download and install the larger Office 2003 Service Pack 2 file
(Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe). See links below for more information.

When you try to install Office 2003 Service Pack 2, you receive a "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by
the windows installer service" error message, or the Setup program may not be completed, and you do not
receive notification
