Hi,
I have an Access report that I'm trying to export to Word. Several fields
are memo fields although not all are filled above 255 characters. When I
export it, page breaks are inserted in random places - a page cold be almost
filled, or it could have two lines of text on it - and at the point that the
page break is inserted the field is truncated and the next record starts
after the page break.
It happens if I use the export or publish to feature, doesn't matter if I
export as text only, rtf, etx.... But interestingly enough I can print to a
PDF and get all the data. I'd prefer it to go an RTF file, but I need
complete text.
Any suggestions on how to get rid of the page breaks?
