Hi,
I just got Office for Mac, in the settings for Excel I do not have gridlines selected. In a new document, the gridlines are off and they are invisible.
However when I open an old file I created in Numbers (and saved as an excel file) the gridlines don't turn off, whether they're "on" or not!
I even tried copying and pasting the data from the old file to a new one with gridlines turned off... they still come up.
This is such a huge file I can't recreate it from scratch. But the gridlines are ugly and look unprofessional in the document I'm creating.
Any thoughts?
