Hi all,
We are trying to use Outlook 2003 to send out an HTML email
newsletter. In our email newsletter, we want to include some graphics
and logos. We have an Excel spreadsheet with list of email
subscribers, and our intention is to use the Outlook Mail Merge
feature to send out this HTML newsletter. When we test out sending to
just one email address, (just a normal email send, without using Mail
Merge), the HTML newsletter gets send without the pictures being
embedded in the email. (User has to right click to download the
graphics when they open the message, which is what we want). However,
if we then send out to the 200+ subscribers in the list using Mail
Merge, for some strange reason, Outlook will then embed the graphics
in the email message during the merge, which is something we DON'T
want. Any ideas how to fix this?
