How to stop receiving duplicate emails utilizing Outlook 2003.

What would I do in order to stop receiving duplicate emails? Is there
anywhere I can go to view troubleshooting ideas? I have checked a few sites,
but none has really "hit the bulls eye". Could you please assist me?
