How to stop speech recognition from wanting to install?

I recently installed the SP2 for office. Whenever I open an Office
component, a dialog box appears asking if I want to install speech
recognition. It also states that SKU111.cab can't be found. How do I keep
this from happening? I have followed the directions but can't find how to
reinstall SKU111.cab.
