How to stop summit option when clicking the (X)

Hi

I have a form that is permission controlled and is working fine. The problem
is that users can submit the form if they click the (x) which overrides my
user checks.

Is their a way of making infopath instantly close and not save changes when
the user clicks the (x)

Hi,

Go to Tools -> Submit Forms... -> Do not enable Submit

It wont prompt for Form submission now but if form is edited, it'll prompt
for form saving, if you want to disable that prompt as well,
Go to Tools -> Form Options... -> Open and Save
Clear Save and Save As option
