How to stop System Administrator sent bounce mail notification

System Administrator sent bounce mail notification with non-stop. I need to
stop for the specific mail only. Please see below the message from System
Administrator

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 9/7/2006 11:59

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 9/7/2006 12:01
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not
report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still
fails, contact your system administrator.
