How to stop the Outlook send/receive progress from popping up.

Everytime Outlook 2002 does a send/receive the progress window pops up which
I don't want. I checked the "Don't show this dialog box during send and
receive" but it continues. Am I missing something? Any help appreciated. I
also use the minimize to tray regfix.

It seems to have corrected itself.
