How to stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service

Hi,
Question from a very beginner (I'm learning by myself)
Where can I stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service on all the Web
servers to disconnect all the users from the server farm?

Don't worry!
I found it in services.msc under the name "Service de publication World Wild
Web" in French.
