How to stop "View Source"?

Some websites disallow the IE "View Source" function on the
right-click context menu. Is it possible to do this in FP 2002
without Javascripting?

No.

Plus all a user's has to do, is a Save As when viewing the page in IE or
view the page directly from the Browser's Cache folder.
