How to stop Word asking to save the template

In Word 2003, when a document is saved, some PCs in our office always ask the
user if he wants to save the template. This is a real nuisance. How can this
option be turned off?

What template? A custom template or the Norma template?

I suspect it is a custom template. If that's the case we need to know what
the template contains, such as macros, to help you with this.
