How to submit Fully Trusted Forms to Sharepoint services

Installing W2003 on BM Infinity 4500R

We have developed Infopath forms that are deployed as fully trusted forms.
These are URI based, not URL based. The code that we had developed to submit
"normal" forms to Sharepoint Services obviously does not work with fully
trusted forms. Any pointers or help where I can learn to write the right kind
of code will be appreciated.
