How to Submit rows of a repeating table to a SharePoint list

Dear Members, please i require your assistance on how to Submit ALL the rows of a repeating table to a SharePoint list. The rows should be on a separate line in the list. I'm in a SharePoint environment that did not allow CODE or web service of any sort on SharePoint development. InfoPath and SharePoint Designer are the only allowed development tools. Please HELP!
