How to sumbit to Multiple Access Databases

D

Dj

I searched this board and have seen several references to submitting to
multiple dbs, but no real explanation how. When I go to my connections, I
see where I can choose my DB and after I've chosen my table from the first
db, my only option is to change databases, which as far as I can tell,
replaces my first db, not adds it.

What am I doing wrong. The infopath books I have don't cover submitting to
more than one Access DB. I have access to both 2003 and 2007.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! Dozzee

The default database connectivity in InfoPath is limited.

You can only query and submit to one table.
No Large file types.
All secondary DC's can only receive and return all information, not a query
subset.

To get around this you must move to web services and SQL or SQL Express.

Try www.qdabra.com for more information.

Once the data is in the first Access db, can you copy it to the others
as needed? From the access side, perhaps setting up replication, or a
scheduled copy?
