Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Greetings. I'm a frequent traveler, and I can only access my email when connected to a VPN. When I am offline, I get the following error every time I send an email.
"Entourage cannot find the server. Verify the server information is entered correctly in the Account Settings, and that your DNS settings in the Network pane of System Preferences are correct.
Mail could not be sent. Error -3176"
What I want Entourage to do is queue it just like it would any time, and not yell at me after every single email I offline queue up for delivery. Is there a way to suppress this error message?
