How to supress the Alert message pops up from the active sheet

Hi All,

Is there a way to suppress the alert box, which is popped up when we try to
enter data into a protected/non editable columns in the active sheet? (the
message "The range you are trying to modify is locked and therefore
read-only").

This is a security warning. Why do you want to change this behavior? What
are you trying to accomplish, maybe there is a work around.
