How to switch child windows in 2007?

In previous versions of Windows applications it was possible to switch
between child windows using [Ctrl]-[Tab]. However in Access 2007, I haven't
found a keystroke that lets me switch between child windows such as two
queries in design mode. It would be useful to [Ctrl]-[Tab] to one design
window to copy a formula and then switch back to another design window where
the formula could be pasted.

In Word 2007 they took away the [Ctrl]-[Tab] keystroke for child windows but
they enabled each document as an application that can be switched to with
[Alt]-[Tab]. But what can I do in Access 2007?

You can use Ctrl+F6 to cycle between the child windows.
I don't know of a way to restore the ability to use Ctrl+Tab.
