How to switch from Outlook XP to Outlook 2000

I have a client who installed Outlook XP on two machines
not knowing that on the second it would become a trial
version. She does not want to purchase another copy.
How can I put her back to Outlook 2000 since the XP
overwrote it. Also, she has the Office 2000 CD's, but
they are only upgrages.
