How to switch the outlook clients to connect an other exchange ser

We have installed outlook 2002 and exchange 5.5 server. Now, we are migrating
exchange 5.5 server to exchange 2003 server. For this reason, I installed
exchange 2003 on a second machine with an other hostename than the exchange
5.5 server.

Question: Can I tell the outlook 2002 clients to connect the new hostname
from a central point of administering, like Active Directory, Exchange 2003
Server, ...?
