How to sychronize the deliverables and the tasks

Hi:
I got a question. I created some deliverables in my plan by Project
Professinoal 2007 and link them to some tasks in the plan. After I change the
plan, I realize that the deliverables starting and finishing dates are not
changed accordingly. And i cannot find a way to change them to conform the
plan except manually. Does anyone know if there is a way to synchronize the
deliverables and the linked tasks automatically?

Your assumption is NOT how Project Server 2007 handles Deliverable dates.
Microsoft's assumption about Deliverables is that if your project slips and
you miss a Deliverable date, you must go back to your
client/sponsor/customer and renegotiate a new Deliverable date. And then
you must manually enter the new Deliverable date for the task. Hope this
helps.
