How to sync Business Contact Manager with Blackberry

I am using Outlook 2003 and can successfully sync my Blackberry 7250 with
Outlook Contacts. However, I recently installed the Small Business Manager
software and cannot sync THOSE contacts with my Blackberry. What I am
missing? Do I need some third party software to accomplish this? I have
searched the Web, but I cannot find much help. I suppose I could copy these
contacts back into Outlook, but that seems silly. TIA for any thoughts.
