How to sync OneNote and Outlook notes

I use both OneNote 2007 and Outlook 2007 extensively and I'm trying to learn
how to better intergrate them. One problem I'm having is when I create an
Outlook Task in OneNote, then add notes in both the new Outlook item and
separately the OneNote item. In this case, the two sets of notes don't
synchronize and I don't know which notes are more current.

In addition, if I enter any notes in the task on my palm - post sync - that
too won't sync back with OneNote.

So, what's the key to synching notes that I enter in both OneNote and Outlook?
